Welcome to Ben Ledi Print Media. All our canvas art and home décor products are made to order with care and attention. Below you’ll find our full shipping process and expectations.
Processing Times
All items are custom-made once your order is placed.
Our current production time is 2–3 business days before dispatch.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions), production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout by Shopify based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 1–4 business days

Europe: 3–10 business days

USA & Canada: 5–21 business days

Rest of the World: 7–30 business days
Please note: Delivery estimates do not include the 2–3 business day production time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted delivery partners including:
Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, UPS, and Parcelforce
The carrier used depends on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot estimate or refund these costs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Ben Ledi Print Media cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with the following:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of all packaging

A clear photo of the shipping label
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns Due to Non-Collection
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
